glazes. The end result will yield a 3 dimensional cube using value to create
volume.
Approach:
1. Using your 3H (hard pencil) and a ruler, draw a rectangle in 2 point perspective.
-also draw a shadow on the opposite side of an imaginary light source from the
upper right side.
2. Apply a graduated wash over the entire surface except on the top of the rectangle
(leave that white of the paper).
-Make sure the top of the paper is darker than the bottom.
-Allow to dry completely
3. Apply a flat wash over the two sides of the rectangle along with the shape
designated for the shadow.
-Allow to dry completely
4. Apply a flat wash over the side of the rectangle closest to the shadow.
